You will generally find the room is hosted by a member of staff; these are some times called CM’s (chat moderators) or CH’s (chat hosts).

These members of staff are there to help and advise players, solve any enquiries, guide new players and generally keep things ticking over. Their secondary role is to run chat games, these vary wildly from site to site and give the players a chance for a little extra fun along with the chance of winning a few extra bingo bucks.
